Winston Taylor is a transatlantic law firm seeking a Practice Operations Manager to support daily operational and financial performance of the firm’s practice groups. This role reports to the Director of Practice Operations and acts as a strategic liaison between attorneys and administrative teams to drive innovation and efficiency at the practice level.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• JD or MBA a plus.

• Monitor financial performance at the Department and Practice Group levels and report KPIs.
• Collaborate with Directors of Practice Operations and Pricing Team to enhance profitability and budgets.
• Assist with transition and integration of newly hired lateral partners and groups; support leadership materials.
• Develop training programs for associates in alignment with firm priorities.
• Ensure regular communication on practice development, business development, talent management and financial performance.
