You will supervise a team of three and partner with HR leadership to scale processes across 600+ professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of People Operations and Performance Management experience, leading the strategy and lifecycle for 600+ staff.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams with large-scale initiatives.
• Must be able to commute to a local office 3–4 days per week.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
• Project management experience is highly preferred.
• Technical mastery of Performance/Talent platforms; exposure to VI Desktop, UKG or Workday is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end strategy for onboarding, offboarding and firm integration.
• Synthesize feedback from 14-day and 90-day check-ins to drive retention metrics.
• Lead sophisticated offboarding, ensuring compliance, IT security and logistics.
• Analyze turnover trends and prepare quarterly retention reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver performance content and drive continuous practices.
