Job summary

Prime Healthcare Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to lead our Quality Assurance PI program, driving quality, safety, patient satisfaction and value across the organization.

You will develop best practices, maintain scorecards, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve care delivery, ensure survey readiness, and support accreditation efforts with strong leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a healthcare related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• RN licensure or a License in healthcare field preferred.
• 4–5 years healthcare experience.
• 1-4 years quality improvement experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in reviewing charts for quality care issues.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Coordination of internal departments and external entities to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Certified professional in healthcare quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and integrate a comprehensive Performance Improvement (PI) Program to achieve results in quality, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and value.
• Create scorecards for all Service Lines with outcomes & benchmarks based on Quality, Safety, Satisfaction and Value.
• Coordinate hospital-wide PI activities and ensure continued survey readiness.
• Oversee publicly reported quality initiatives (Core Measures, Patient Satisfaction, etc.).
• Collaborate with Administration and Leadership to execute PI and Patient Safety activities from department level to Board.
• Apply PI methodologies to minimize waste, decrease errors, and improve care and informatics communication.
