Job summary

CHI Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close complex projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and clear stakeholder alignment.

The role requires an Oregon RN license and at least five years of related experience in outcomes measurement, risk assessment, data analysis, and leading clinical teams; student loan repayment and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

  • Oregon RN license is required.
  • Five years of related work experience including outcomes measurement, risk assessment, data analysis/reporting, and management of clinical work teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, coordinates and facilitates performance improvement team projects and initiatives.
  • Identifies performance improvement opportunities related to outcomes, values and/or business objectives; analyzes and assesses clinical practices for opportunities to improve healthcare delivery.
  • Applies accepted standards, tools and methodologies to uphold data-based performance improvement activities/initiatives.
  • Contributes to the overall clinical effectiveness function by serving as a representative at team meetings, committees and performing clinical data audits and audit functions.

Education

Bachelor's in Nursing or other Healthcare discipline

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close complex projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and specified delivery. Your leadership is pivotal for successful project outcomes.

Every day you will define scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop plans, manage resources, and track progress, while proactively mitigating risks. You will also facilitate communication, lead project teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.

To be successful, you need strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proven project management experience. Your ability to inspire collaboration, adapt to change, and navigate complex challenges will be paramount for consistent project successes and strategic growth.

Job Requirements Required
  • Oregon RN License
  • Five (5) years of related work experience that demonstrates the attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills and abilities, including experience in outcomes measurement, risk assessment, data analysis/reporting and management of clinical work teams.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's in Nursing or other Healthcare discipline
