Job summary

CHI Mercy Health, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oregon to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC within specified timelines, plus an ADN.

Qualifications

  • Oregon RN license required.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • ACLS within 90 days of start date.
  • PALS within 6 months of start date.
  • ENPC within 6 months of start date.
  • TNCC within 12 months of start date.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

  • Observes, collects and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
  • Analyzes assessment findings and test results to plan timely, effective nursing interventions.
  • Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward patient outcomes and goals.
  • Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.

Shift: 6pm - 2:30am

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Tue; Week 2 Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements
  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS within 90 days
  • PALS within 6 months
  • ENPC within 6 months
  • TNCC within 12 months
  • 2400 hours of experience within the last 2 years in the Emergency Department OR 2400 hours Emergency Department experience within the last 5 years with current TNCC, PALS and ACLS.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
