Placements24 seeks a Senior Consultant focused on Performance Improvement to join our client’s team in Queenstown. You will diagnose operational inefficiencies, craft data-driven strategies, and drive solutions to boost productivity and profitability for the Eastern Cape region.

This role demands strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and change leadership to deliver tangible improvements for diverse client projects.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in performance improvement consulting or similar.
• Proven track record delivering complex performance improvement projects.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Queenstown and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement within client operations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track progress and measure impact.
• Work closely with client teams to embed new processes and drive adoption of best practices.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and project success.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
