Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive the ongoing enhancement of processes, products, and services, improving quality, efficiency, and cost across the site. You will establish KPIs, dashboards, and a governance model to ensure clear objectives and timely progress.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, standardize KPI definitions, and promote a practical, incremental improvement approach using Kaizen and PDCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace, aircraft, or manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis, performance measurement, and KPI development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Strong understanding of Lean principles, performance management, and performance & process management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and strategic alignment of the site's performance management system, establishing a connection between KPIs and actionable monitoring measures.
• Translate production requirements into continuous improvement initiatives aligned with production strategy.
• Create and maintain a centralized source of KPI information with standardized definitions.
• Lead initiatives to standardize KPI definitions, measurement methods, and reporting practices.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities to reduce waste, inefficiencies, errors, delays, and complexity.
• Apply Kaizen and PDCA to plan, implement, measure, evaluate, and refine improvements.
• Oversee development and delivery of visual performance dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly reviews.
• Lead automation and optimization of KPI reporting and monitoring using data analysis and digital tools.
