Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on driving OPPs to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and performance through KPIs, dashboards, and governance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across production areas and standardize KPI definitions and reporting practices. You will apply Kaizen and PDCA cycles, manage KPI tools, and deliver transparent performance insights to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience in engineering, manufacturing or related fields.
• At least 5 years in aerospace, aircraft, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with data analysis, performance measurement, and KPI development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong Lean, performance management, and process management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and alignment of the site's performance management system.
• Translate objectives into targeted continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create centralized KPI definitions, reporting, and dashboards.
• Standardize KPI definitions and performance management processes.
• Implement new KPIs, reporting tools, and dashboards across management levels.
• Establish governance for accountability and decision-making.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Kaizen and PDCA.
• Develop visual dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
• Automate KPI reporting and improve data-driven decision making.
