Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead KPI development, dashboards, and governance, driving ongoing enhancement of processes, products, and services. You will align objectives with production strategy, standardize KPI definitions, and promote a practical, data-driven improvement culture.

The role emphasizes Kaizen/PDCA methodologies, measurement, and reporting across multiple management levels, with a focus on delivering on schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 in aerospace, aircraft, or manufacturing.
• Experience with data analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Lean, performance management, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and improve the performance management system across levels of management.
• Establish a governance model with defined review processes and responsibilities.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture with incremental changes.
• Analyze processes to reduce waste and inefficiency.
• Lead creation of KPI definitions, reporting practices, and dashboards.
• Oversee KPI reporting automation and data-driven decision making.
