Collaboration with Lifecycle/CRM and performance teams will be constant, ensuring cohesive branding across channels. You should bring a strong design portfolio, conversion-focused sensibility, and mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with availability during US

Qualifications

• Design portfolio across consumer, DTC, beauty, or wellness.
• Experience designing for conversion and performance metrics.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Able to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsabilités

• Design high-volume, performance-driven ad assets for Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Create responsive, modular email templates and SMS visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Organize a cloud-based design library and leverage AI tools to speed up workflow.
