The role involves collaborating with marketing leadership on digital, print, and video design across the organization, preparing assets for developers, and supporting seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• Senior-level graphic designer with end-to-end execution skills.
• Proven experience across digital, print, and video design.
• Strong understanding of brand systems and guidelines.
• Ability to take direction from marketing leadership while offering design judgments.
• Experience in corporate or professional services environments.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently in a fractional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Perseus marketing and management on ongoing design needs across the organization.
• Apply and extend existing brand guidelines and visual frameworks; modernize where appropriate.
• Design across digital, print, and video formats, including assets, event materials, presentations, and internal communications.
• Package and prepare design assets for handoff to web developers with layouts, specs, and guidance.
• Support seasonal initiatives and campaigns requiring increased design capacity for short periods.
• Maintain high consistency, clarity, and execution across all touchpoints.
