Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on performance testing architecting for AWS cloud environments.
- 7+ years in agile testing with Python, Selenium, JMeter, Java, and Cucumber.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes in event‑driven, containerized systems.
- Experience with UC4 job scheduling, enterprise reporting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to present findings to leadership and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise performance testing strategy across OCC systems.
- Design performance engineering practices for cloud-native, containerized, event-driven stacks.
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers on performance testing and failover testing.
