• Knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes with focus on performance and resiliency.
• Experience with UC4 (Automic) scheduling and enterprise reporting.
• Proven LoadRunner expertise for enterprise tests and tool evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise‑scale performance testing and automation strategy.
• Mentor mid‑level and senior engineers in performance testing methodologies.
• Present findings to leadership and drive architectural improvements.
