Qualifications

Experience designing and executing load, stress, and endurance tests for cloud-native and distributed systems.
Hands-on with performance monitoring using APM tools to identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis.
Familiarity with cloud deployments, microservices, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

Develop and run performance tests using NeoLoad and JMeter; simulate load and endurance scenarios.
Use APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) to identify bottlenecks and analyze root causes.
Analyze Splunk logs and traces to pinpoint slow components and propose optimizations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and reliability of microservices.
Validate auto-scaling, failover, and high-availability strategies under load.
Participate in observability improvements and performance engineering best practices.
