Job summary

eHub Global Inc. is seeking a Performance Test Engineer in McLean, VA on-site to drive end-to-end performance testing initiatives for Web, API, and microservices.

You will apply LoadRunner and JMeter to design load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests, monitor with Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Splunk, and work within a CI/CD and cloud ecosystem in Agile teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of performance testing experience.
• Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience with load, stress, endurance, volume, and scalability testing.
• Strong understanding of Web, API, and Microservices performance testing.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, CI/CD, Jenkins, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
