Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Performance Engineer to drive performance testing, monitoring, and scalability for cloud-native and distributed systems. You will design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner, while leveraging Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and executing load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Experience with cloud deployments and microservices in Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and identify bottlenecks across distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance) using NeoLoad, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Monitor performance with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk to identify bottlenecks.
