ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, OR seeks a Performance Engineer to analyze and monitor overall equipment effectiveness and drive improvements. This onsite role collaborates with reliability teams to reduce losses and improve reliability across processes.

The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background and 0–3 years of production experience, with ability to fit a full-face respirator. Salary ranges from $65,700 to $104,800 with a comprehensive rewards package.

• Evaluates and categorizes production losses for proper classification for targeted improvement efforts.

• Identifies needs and resources for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the appropriate level of investigation for issues that arise.
• Provides input to turnaround scope for availability and equipment reliability opportunities that cannot be addressed during regular operations.
• Evaluate improvement proposals to uncover their true value and alignment with business goals.
• Provides subject matter expertise in support of key performance improvement initiatives.

ATI is hiring a Performance Engineer for our Millersburg, OR facility in our Chemical Operations division . This division contain s a continuous liquid - liquid extraction process, continuous , and batch chemical reactors that produce and purify specialty metals. This is an onsite position. This is a key role in analyzing and monitoring our overall equipment effectiveness and driving issues to resolution. You will identify improvements and implement effective solutions through collaboration with the appropriate functions and teams. This is the perfect role for someone with a n engineering degree who wants to get an introduction into chemical manufacturing .
