Baierl Chevrolet, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned sales team. You will drive performance, pricing strategy, and frontline customer experience to deliver strong volume and gross results.

This full-time, onsite role reports to the General Manager and offers a competitive compensation package with incentives, plus Lithia’s broad development resources and network.

Formación

• 3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience.
• Experience in inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Proven ability to coach a high-performing sales team.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Drive used vehicle sales volume and department profitability.
• Lead, coach, and hold Sales Consultants accountable for goals.
• Manage inventory sourcing, appraisals, pricing, and aging.
• Oversee trade appraisals and acquisition channels for steady flow.
• Collaborate with service/reconditioning for fast turnaround.
• Desk deals and structure transactions to improve closing ratios.
• Monitor metrics like inventory turn and days-to-sale.
• Ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with market data.
• Work with F&I to maximize product penetration and deal efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with dealership standards and OEM guidelines.
