The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional editing experience, expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end content with a performance mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience with a demonstrable passion for making content across platforms.
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising, digital media, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social platform best practices and performance metrics.
• Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and can collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers across platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Mentor Creators and, in some cases, Art Directors and Copywriters.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms and emerging formats to keep content fresh and competitive.
