VaynerMedia, part of VaynerX, is seeking a part-time Shreditor in the APAC market. The role combines shooting and editing to craft platform-native content across social channels, leveraging strong video skills and an eye for engaging storytelling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with trends, and mentor junior creators under leadership guidance. This role is based in the Philippines and requires a hands-on, proactive creator.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across platforms: social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive.
• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor in advertising or digital media.
• Solid understanding of video production fundamentals including lighting, framing, and audio capture.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong end-to-end content creation capabilities from concepting and shooting to editing and final delivery.
• Responsible, accountable, self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by attention metrics.
• Shoot and edit platform-native content across social channels.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and editing techniques.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on fast-paced requests.
• Attend creative brainstorms, kickoffs, and team meetings, contributing meaningful ideas.
• Mentor Creators and Creator Residents, and guide best practices in ideation and execution.
