VaynerMedia, a global creative and media agency, seeks a Veditor for APAC market based in Japan. You will edit and optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, turning concepts into performance-driven videos that resonate with audiences.

You have 3–5 years of creative experience, expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, and strong collaboration abilities to work across teams under tight deadlines, with a focus on continuous testing and iteration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across platforms (social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive).
• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising/digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong ability to execute end-to-end content from concept to delivery with a performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create content that connects with consumers and achieves high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, retention).
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor with expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms.
• Take accountability for performance tuning and platform success, continuously optimizing creative.
