Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have requested information about remodeling their bathroom. You will follow up warm leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule in-home consultations for Design Consultants.

This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses, health and dental insurance, and opportunities for coaching and advancement in the Clearwater office.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call-center sales, or home improvement is helpful.
• Strong communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn can be valuable.

Responsibilities

• Contact new homeowner leads by phone and text
• Build rapport and take control of the conversation
• Ask questions to understand the project, needs, and timeline
• Explain what makes Clearwater Shower Bath different
• Overcome hesitation and help homeowners see the value of an in-home consultation
• Qualify each opportunity before scheduling
• Set clear expectations for the appointment
• Confirm that all decision-makers can participate
• Record complete and accurate information in our CRM
• Follow up consistently with homeowners who have not scheduled
• Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and reschedules
