Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have requested information about remodeling their bathroom. You will follow up warm leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule in-home consultations for Design Consultants.

This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses, health and dental insurance, and opportunities for coaching and advancement in the Clearwater office.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, call-center sales, or home improvement is helpful.
• Strong communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn can be valuable.

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to contact homeowners who have already requested information about remodeling their bathroom. These are not random cold calls; you'll work with incoming leads, build interest, qualify the opportunity, and schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants.

This is a performance-driven position for someone who wants their effort and results to directly influence their income.

The Opportunity
