Job summary

Ting Labs seeks a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy, campaigns, tracking, and optimization across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Amazon, and emerging platforms. You will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and channel efficiency with hands-on management and leadership collaboration.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will partner with Marketing Ops, Finance, Creative, and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, tracked accurately,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Proven ownership of paid media budgets across major platforms.
• Strong skills in Excel for forecasting and modeling.
• Experience with analytics/MarTech tools (GA4, Looker/Tableau).
• Ecommerce familiarity with Shopify/Amazon is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media execution across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns aligned to acquisition, activation, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting with UTM governance.
• Develop performance dashboards and weekly/monthly insights for leadership.
• Lead structured A/B testing and scale successful growth levers.
