Landmark Properties in Athens, GA seeks a Community Manager to drive all performance metrics of a student housing asset. You will lead site teams to achieve occupancy and budget targets, deliver exceptional resident service, and enhance asset value.

This role reports to the Regional Director - Operations and manages a cross-functional team including leasing, maintenance, and resident services. Strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance with Fair Housing are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in property management, preferably student housing.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site team to meet performance and occupancy targets.
• Manage payroll, staff development, and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and NOI improvements.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing plans, and occupancy strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
