Subaru of Portland, part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is seeking a Full-Time Service Advisor. The advisor is responsible for customer and vehicle issue resolution and for properly completing designated administrative activities.

This role is commission-based, paid monthly, with production-based percentages from 5.5% to 10%. Benefits include bonuses, vacation, medical/dental/vision/RX, disability and life coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and more.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in advising or writing, customer service, or dealership work.
• Ability to meet commissions through personal performance.
• Familiarity with service department processes.

Aufgaben

• Maintain customer satisfaction index rating higher than manufacturer/branch average.
• All Service Advisors must complete tasks on time and inform customer if promised time cannot be met.
• Maintain Dealership-prescribed standard for Hours Per Customer Repair Order Written.
• Follow Federal, State and Local regulations such as disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA Right-To-Know, etc.
• Ensure that all documents are accounted for and properly documented.
• Accomplish the forecast established by the GM and Service Manager.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and inform waiting customers of help ETA.
• Communicate with service customers to determine the mechanical problem(s) and offer logical diagnostics or repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates according to state laws and obtain approvals.
• Attend regular weekly morning meetings and work professionally with all personnel.
