Job summary

Helios WorldWide seeks a Performance Creative Strategist to lead the creative strategy for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and more. You will transform performance insights into compelling ad concepts that drive acquisition and revenue for beauty, skincare, luxury, and premium brands.

You will work with paid media buyers, designers, editors, creators, and brand teams to develop winning hooks, messaging, and testing roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in performance creative strategy, paid social creative, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, luxury, wellness, fashion or premium brands.
• Proven success creating performance‑driven creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the DTC customer journey.
• Experience partnering with paid media teams to optimize creative performance.
• Excellent creative briefing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies to improve ROAS, lower CPA, and increase conversions.
• Build concepts from audience insights, competitor analysis and platform trends.
• Translate marketing objectives into scalable creative frameworks.
• Collaborate with media buyers to identify opportunities from campaign performance.
• Create testing roadmaps to continuously improve efficiency.
