Job summary

EEC Solutions is seeking a Training and Development Specialist – PMCC for the Civilian Leadership Development School at Maxwell–Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. This full-time role focuses on designing and delivering performance coaching instruction for Air Force civilian supervisors and employees.

You will work online and on-site, assess skill gaps, and evaluate training effectiveness using the ADDIE framework, with emphasis on practical application and credential maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Counseling, Education, Management, HR, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Behavior preferred.
• Two+ years of online instruction experience at undergraduate or equivalent level using LMS (Teams or Canvas).
• Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, etc.) required for two of four positions; five+ years coaching can substitute with COR approval.
• CAC with fingerprint check and Tier 1 background; REAL ID credential for base access; DoD citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver PMCC instruction, workshops, and micro-learnings online and on-site.
• Facilitate coaching-focused group exercises and discussions using Teams, Canvas, and classroom settings.
• Assess skill gaps and create training to strengthen performance and coaching skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, design learning events, deliver instruction, and evaluate program effectiveness using ADDIE.
• Grade coursework, provide feedback/remediation, and respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Maintain lesson plans and keep course content current with Air Force civilian performance management policy.
• Maintain coaching credentials in good standing for certified coaches.
