Job summary

EEC Solutions seeks an LMS and Systems Design Specialist to support the Civilian Leadership Development School at Maxwell-Gunter Annex. The role focuses on building and maintaining LMS content, configuring assessments, and producing instructional materials aligned with DoD standards.

Responsibilities include updating course materials, integrating platforms like Percipio, Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle, and ensuring timely issue resolution. Onsite work in Montgomery, AL is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of LMS administration, instructional design, or elearning development.
• Experience creating online course content in Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Percipio.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience producing instructional materials: guides, manuals, job aids, videos.
• Experience integrating Teams or Zoom with LMS content.

Responsibilities

• Update and input course content into the LMS following Government coordination.
• Build course content including assessments within approved LMS platforms.
• Create or modify student manuals, videos, and guides for LMS-based instruction.
• Maintain currency of courses and advise on effective LMS design.
• Implement Government-approved changes based on feedback and track issues.
