EEC Solutions is seeking a Training and Development Specialist – Civilian Foundational Development (CFD) for the Civilian Leadership Development School at Maxwell–Gunter Annex. The role designs, develops, and delivers foundational leadership courses for Department of the Air Force civilians in online and resident classrooms.

Responsibilities include updating materials, compiling data, entering CFD platform information, and facilitating group exercises using Teams, Canvas, Percipio, and classroom

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or qualifying equivalency per PWS 4.7.
• Experience with online instruction at undergraduate level or military equivalent.
• Transcripts may be requested for verification.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver CFD courses in online and resident environments.
• Update course materials across platforms and modalities.
• Compile end-of-course data and draft end-of-course reports.
• Enter and edit CFD information in CFD platforms as directed.
• Facilitate group exercises using Teams, Canvas, Percipio and classroom settings.
• Assess skill gaps and evaluate program effectiveness using ADDIE.
• Grade coursework, provide feedback, and respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Maintain lesson plans and keep content current on Air Force civilian topics.
