Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or qualifying equivalency.
• Experience with online instruction and LMS platforms.
• Experience leading workshops and group presentations.
• Must obtain CAC and DoD access requirements.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deliver M&ST courses and workshops.
• Facilitate in‑person and online sessions with engagement.
• Deliver instruction via Teams, Canvas, and Air Force e‑Learning.
• Assess gaps and create training to improve performance.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using ADDIE model.
• Grade coursework and respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Maintain up-to-date content in line with policies.
• Complete Academic Instructor Course before duties.
