Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center. You will lead diverse group classes, tailor programs, and conduct assessments to help clients reach health goals.

The role includes one-on-one coaching, motivation, and supporting wellness initiatives to boost engagement. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, current PT certification, CPR/First Aid, and at least 1 year of experience in group fitness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
Current nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Experience leading group exercise classes.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
1+ year industry experience; internship considered.

Responsibilities

Monitor exercise participants for safety and adherence to plans.
Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for all fitness levels.
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized plans.
Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to clients.
Support incentive programs and health-promotion initiatives.
Handle day-to-day fitness facility operations tasks.
