Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Performance Coach in Sunnyvale, CA to lead group and one-on-one training within a corporate wellness setting. The role focuses on safety, customized fitness plans, and engagement with clients of varied fitness levels.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and current CPT certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) plus CPR/AED/First Aid. Minimum 1+ year experience and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation.
• Assist with incentive programs and health promotion activities; support daily operations.
