Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Current Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited industry association.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Proven experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants for safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation for clients.
