EXOS in Dallas is seeking a Performance Coach to empower clients through tailored fitness programs, group classes, and one-on-one training. You’ll monitor safety, lead diverse sessions, and design personalized plans for a wide range of clients, including high-risk populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE) preferred.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design programs for a wide range of clients.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation.
• Assist with incentive programs, health promotion, and specialty initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
