Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 semester hours in accounting and 5 years of auditing/accounting or program evaluation experience.
• Experience leading or supervising audit staff as an audit lead or supervisor.
• Ability to mentor auditors and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Performance Audit Team.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate audit staff work.
• Help set long-term and short-term goals for the Performance Audit Division.
• Mentor staff in training and development.
• Exercise a high level of independent decision-making.
• Draft and review audit reports for senior management review.
