Job summary

Ericsson offers a Plano, TX internship for a student enrolled full-time in a business-related program. You will drive strategic North America projects, delivering data-driven insights to executive leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and operations.

You will build solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, develop executive-ready reports, and communicate with stakeholders globally.

• Active enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or related field.

• Ability to quickly identify root causes using large data sets.
