This internship provides a unique opportunity to work across Customer Marketing and Sustainability, helping Ericsson better understand customer challenges, market trends, and emerging business opportunities. As a Customer Marketing & Sustainability Strategy Intern, you will support strategic customer engagement programs, develop market and customer insights, explore AI-enabled research and planning tools, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Ericsson's relationships with customers across North and Latin America.
You will gain hands-on experience working with customer marketers, sustainability leaders, and business stakeholders while building valuable skills in customer strategy, business research, market intelligence, executive communications, and AI-enabled marketing. This internship is open to undergraduate students in junior or senior standing as well as MBA and graduate students. Project scope will be tailored to experience level.
