Job summary

You will build solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, develop executive-ready reports, and communicate with stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or related field.
• Strong drive to solve complex problems and improve processes and tools.
• Ability to quickly identify root causes using large data sets.
• Consulting skills with strategic thinking capability.
• Adaptability in a constantly changing business environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with all roles within Ericsson.
• Courage to challenge leadership and current practices.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Full-time enrollment at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship.
• Grit and perseverance.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, data analytics tools, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, change management, and automation.
