Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of performance measurement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities for PSYOP, OIE, and influence operations.
• Develop KPIs, MOPs, MOEs, and ROI analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Create dashboards, executive reports, and analytical products to support planning and decision-making.
