Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of relevant IT management experience.
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience leading performance management and value realization in large IT/service environments
• Experience developing KPIs, SLAs, SLOs, and measurement frameworks
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses
• Experience analyzing service performance and spend to identify improvement opportunities
• Experience maintaining spend plans, forecasts, and performance projections
• Experience implementing continuous improvement using performance data and customer feedback
• Experience supporting operational readiness and service transition activities
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and reporting

Responsibilities

• Develops, submits, and presents regular status reports; tracks action items for stakeholders.
• Prepares and submits weekly reports, conducts stakeholder meetings, and coordinates risk resolution.
• Delivers comprehensive reports on long-distance travel and compliance.
• Directs development of integrated dashboard solutions for enterprise health visibility.
• Maintains spend plans with detailed projections of contract spending.
• Ensures new services or changes are ready for operational support before launch.
• Implements performance management and customer experience programs to measure service quality.
• Reviews and updates performance metrics with defined reporting requirements.
• Applies data-driven methods for continuous improvement across operations.
• Leads major technical assignments and may supervise others.
