Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Performance and Data Analyst to support performance management activities, data collection, validation, and dashboard development. You will work with program stakeholders to identify trends, improve data quality, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

The role involves developing KPIs, maintaining dashboards and reports, and presenting analytical findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in data analysis, performance management, or a related field.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on performance data.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management and data analytics activities.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support program and operational requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and performance measures.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations to communicate program performance.
• Support the development of recurring and ad hoc performance reports for program leadership and senior management.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform data quality assessments, including data validation, reconciliation, completeness, accuracy, and consistency reviews.
• Identify data gaps and discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data-quality issues.
