Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct high quality, objective analysis to support performance optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Collect, interpret, and evaluate KPIs to identify trends, issues, root causes, and propose solutions.
• Design and build reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Present findings with clear, actionable recommendations to drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support execution and monitoring of solutions.
• Lead and contribute to roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives within operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement improvements with executive guidance.
• Collaborate with IT and Corporate Analytics to define business requirements for reports.
