Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in issues identification, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel (advanced functions), Outlook, and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct high quality, objective analysis to support performance optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Collect, interpret, and evaluate KPIs to identify trends, issues, root causes, and potential problems while proactively recommending solutions.
• Design and build reports, dashboards and visualizations that convey insights to stakeholders.
