Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an Analyst, Performance Measurement & Analysis to join the PMA team. You will help expand and support enterprise performance measurement initiatives, working with engineers, product and business leaders to deliver analytics-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5 years of progressive financial services experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to resolve complex problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to audiences from engineers to executives.
• Progress towards CFA or CIPM a plus.
