The Role

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative individual to join the Performance Measurement & Analysis (PMA) team. As a key member of the PMA Performance Specialist team, the Analyst, Performance Measurement & Analysis will contribute to the expansion, enhancement, and ongoing support of Fidelity's Performance Measurement and Analysis initiatives.

This dynamic Performance Measurement & Analysis Product Area is part of Fidelity's Institutional Technology organization. We are responsible for a proprietary, enterprise-scale performance platform that supports several of Fidelity's key growth areas. We collaborate closely with investment product and digital experience teams to deliver innovative solutions for both institutional and retail clients.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
