Job summary

Service Oklahoma seeks a Performance and Analytics Manager to lead data-driven decision making for the agency. You will build dashboards, reports, and KPI baselines across divisions, aligning metrics and ensuring data accuracy.

You will integrate data from D360, QLess, and surveys, delivering insights and public-facing metrics to promote transparency and trust in government services. A bachelor’s degree plus analytics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 1 year of PM or related experience
• Four years of experience in business/admin/data analysis or equivalent
• SQL/Power BI/Python certifications or related training are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Creates ad hoc and legislative reporting.
• Establishes baseline KPIs across divisions.
• Analyzes performance trends and identifies efficiency opportunities.
• Ensures accuracy and alignment of metrics across the agency.
• Integrates data from multiple systems (D360, QLess, survey tools).
• Develops KPI frameworks to track project success.
• Conducts data analysis to identify trends and deliver data-driven recommendations.
