You will mentor staff, develop data processes, ensure data quality, and deliver dashboards for executives. This role demands strong SQL/Python skills, supervisory experience, and a focus on governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field per minimum qualifications.
• Five (5) years’ experience using SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Two (2) years of supervising experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of data analysts, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Provide training, evaluate performance, provide professional development, and manage schedules, time, and leave.
• Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure team deadlines and workloads are balanced.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote continuous learning and professional development.
• Oversee the analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Design and deliver clear, actionable reports and interactive dashboards for stakeholders at all levels.
