Job summary

The State of Oklahoma seeks a Performance and Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decision-making and leadership visibility into agency performance. You will research metrics from other states to strengthen public-facing performance indicators, promoting transparency and trust.

You will develop dashboards, analytics, and KPI frameworks, coordinating across divisions to ensure consistent metric definitions and action-oriented insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or Information Systems or any related field plus 1 year of progressive experience in project management or related field
• OR four (4) years of experience in business administration, business analysis, data analysis, or closely related field
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Creates ad hoc and legislative reporting.
• Establishes baseline KPIs across divisions.
• Analyzes performance trends and identifies efficiency opportunities.
• Ensures accuracy and alignment of metrics across the agency.
• Integrates data from multiple systems (D360, QLess, survey tools).
• Develops and implements KPI frameworks to track and measure project success.
• Conducts comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and insights, leading to data-driven recommendations.
