Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Performance and Data Analyst to join our team.

This role will support performance management, data collection, validation, dashboard development, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting to help drive data-driven decisions. The analyst will work with program stakeholders to identify trends, improve data quality, and develop meaningful performance measures and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in data analysis, performance management, business analytics, or related field.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, validating, and reporting on performance or operational data.
• Experience developing performance metrics, KPIs, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support performance management and data analytics activities.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs.
